Geary
Simple email app for GNOME that groups messages into conversations. Works with Gmail, Outlook.com and Yahoo.
Our verdict
Geary is the gentlest email app on Linux. It asks for your email address and password, works out the server settings for Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo and most others, and puts you in your inbox.
Messages are grouped the way a phone groups them, so a long exchange reads as one conversation rather than twenty separate emails. Search is quick and covers the whole mailbox.
It is deliberately small. There is no calendar, no address book and no Exchange support, so if you came from Outlook and used the calendar every day, Thunderbird or Evolution will suit you better. If you came from Windows Mail and just want mail to arrive, this is the closest feel.
