Does Delta Force run on Linux?
Verdict: No
No. Delta Force uses Anti-Cheat Expert, and its maker has declined to let it work on Linux, so you cannot play it there. There is no safe workaround.
Delta Force is shut out on Linux by its anti-cheat, and the makers have said so themselves. In December 2024 a developer answering players on the Steam forums said that Linux is not supported and the Steam Deck is not supported either, adding only that the team would start considering a port. That position has not changed since.
So this is not a fiddly game that needs coaxing, it is one that will not let you in. Trying to get around anti-cheat also puts your account at risk, which makes it a poor trade for a free game.
Delta Force is an action and adventure game from Team Jade, published by TiMi Studio Group, first released on 4 December 2024.
You can play it alone or co-operatively online. Steam lists it as fully playable with a controller. It is free to play.

What you can do
No version of Linux and no setting can fix this, because the block is on the game's side. Trying to get around anti-cheat can also put your account at risk. If this is a game you play often, keep Windows on that PC, or install Linux beside Windows and restart into Windows to play.
