Verdict: No
No. Bandicam is sold for 64-bit Windows and for macOS, and there is no Linux version. OBS Studio does the same screen and game recording on Linux and costs nothing.
The Bandicam download page offers Windows 11, 10, 8 and 7 in 64-bit, and a separate macOS screen recorder. Linux is not offered and the licence you bought does not cover it.
OBS Studio is the replacement almost everyone lands on, and in several ways it is a step up. It records the whole screen, a single window, a game or a webcam, mixes several sources together, and it also streams live to YouTube or Twitch, which Bandicam does not do. It is free and open source with no watermark and no time limit, which removes the reason many people paid for Bandicam in the first place.
The trade is setup. Bandicam is a small window with a record button. OBS asks you to build a scene out of sources the first time, which takes about ten minutes with a tutorial and then never again.
Recorded files are ordinary MP4 or MKV videos either way, so anything you already captured on Windows plays and edits on Linux without conversion.

The built-in screenshot tool on Ubuntu and Fedora also records short screen videos, which covers quick clips with nothing to install.
Your files: Saves WebM or MP4 video files depending on the desktop.
For trimming and topping and tailing the recordings afterwards, which is what Bandicut did.
Your files: Imports MP4 and MKV recordings directly.
One stubborn program doesn't have to decide the whole question. You can keep Windows on the same PC and restart into it only when you need Bandicam. Everything else you do can move.
