Does Docusign run on Linux?
Verdict: Yes
Yes, through your browser. Docusign eSignature is a web service with no desktop program on any system, so sending and signing documents works normally on Linux.
Docusign is a website. You send and track documents from a browser, and Docusign points out that people signing what you send can complete a document on any device without even having an account. None of that depends on Windows.
There is no desktop app to replace, on Linux or anywhere else. What Docusign offers beyond the website is its iPhone and Android apps, and a long list of integrations into other software such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Salesforce. Those integrations live inside those other products, so they follow whatever you can already use on Linux.
The documents themselves are PDFs. A signed PDF downloads and opens with the document viewer that comes with your Linux desktop, and the completed certificate of signing comes with it.
The only thing to sort out before you leave Windows is access. Make sure your Docusign sign-in works from the new machine, and that any sign-in codes reach a phone rather than the old computer.
