Yes. HeidiSQL's download page now offers real Linux builds, including a Debian package, an RPM and a Flatpak, so the old advice about running it through Wine is out of date.
HeidiSQL was a Windows-only app for most of its life, and plenty of guides still say so. That changed. The download page lists Linux packages for Debian and Ubuntu systems, an RPM for Fedora and Red Hat systems, a Flatpak, packages for Arch Linux and FreeBSD, and an ARM build for the Raspberry Pi. Those are compiled Linux programs, not the Windows one in disguise.
A Flatpak is just one of the formats Linux apps come in. If your distribution's app store offers HeidiSQL, that is usually the easiest path and updates then arrive automatically.
Some choices exist on Linux that did not on Windows, because the Linux builds come in a few flavours based on different underlying toolkits. Take the QT6 build unless you have a reason not to. It is the current one and looks closest to the rest of a modern desktop.
Your sessions and saved queries do not travel automatically. HeidiSQL stores connection settings in the Windows registry, which does not exist on Linux, so export your session list before you wipe the old machine or be ready to type the connection details in again.
