Partly. Notion does not make a Linux desktop app, but the full Notion workspace runs in Firefox or Chrome and nothing in your account changes.
Notion by Notion Labs · Notes & PDFs · Works in a browser
Notion publishes desktop apps for Windows and Mac only. There is no Linux download on its site, and Notion has never
shipped one.
That matters less than it sounds, because the desktop app is essentially the website in its own window. Sign in at
notion.so in Firefox or Chrome and you get your pages, databases, teamspaces and sharing exactly as before. Most
people who switch report that the only things they miss are the global keyboard shortcut and having Notion in the
taskbar, and both can be patched over by pinning the tab or installing Notion as a web app from your browser's menu.
What you do lose is proper offline use. The Windows app caches recent pages. A browser tab does not do that
reliably, so a page you have not opened lately may not be there without a connection.
Your workspace, subscription and files are untouched by the move. Nothing is stored on the Windows PC that you need
to rescue. If you want something local instead, Logseq and Obsidian both keep notes as plain files on your own drive.
