Verdict: No
No. Sumatra PDF is Windows only and its download page says so. Linux has its own small, fast reader already installed, so you will not miss it for long.
Sumatra's download page lists Windows 7 to 11 and nothing else. There is no Mac or Linux build and none is planned.
This is a swap most people make without noticing. What Sumatra is loved for is opening a PDF the instant you double click it and not getting in the way, and Evince, the reader already on most Linux systems, behaves the same. It also handles the same unusual formats Sumatra does, including DjVu, comic book archives and PostScript.
If you used Sumatra as a comic reader or for ebooks, Evince covers CBR, CBZ and CB7 files too, and Okular adds ePub.
Nothing needs moving across. PDFs are just files and any of these open them.

A step up with more annotation tools, form filling and ePub support. Slightly busier window.

One stubborn program doesn't have to decide the whole question. You can keep Windows on the same PC and restart into it only when you need Sumatra PDF. Everything else you do can move.
