Yes. Thunderbird has an official Linux version on the same download page as the Windows one, and it is also on Flathub and the Snap Store.
Thunderbird by MZLA Technologies · Email & calendar · Has a Linux version
Thunderbird lists Windows, Mac and Linux side by side on its download page, with Flathub and Snap
Store versions as well. Many Linux systems put it in their app store, so installing it is a couple
of clicks.
Moving across is easier than with most apps because Thunderbird keeps everything, including your
accounts, messages, address book and settings, inside one profile folder. Copy that folder from
the Windows machine into the matching place on Linux and you get your old mail, exactly as it was.
If you would rather start clean, just add your accounts again. Mail that lives on a server, which
is how Gmail, Outlook.com and most providers work, downloads again on its own. Mail you had only
on the Windows PC does not, so copy the profile folder if any of it matters.
