Verdict: Yes
Yes. Cisco makes a Webex app for Linux, supporting Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 and Red Hat 8, though a handful of features from the Windows version are still missing.
Cisco publishes a proper Webex app for Linux. Its support page names Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2 and 8.3, distributed as a Debian package or a Red Hat package depending on your system. Note that older Ubuntu releases were dropped after version 45.6 of the app.
Meetings, messaging and calling all work. The gaps are around the edges, and Cisco lists them openly. Remote desktop control, both giving and asking for it, is not available on Linux. Virtual backgrounds are listed as coming soon rather than present. Fractional display scaling is unsupported, which can make the app look slightly wrong on a high resolution screen. Tile-based window managers are not supported at all.
Screen sharing works, but it behaves differently on desktops that use Wayland, the newer Linux display system. There the system shows its own picker when an app asks to share, rather than Webex showing you a list. It is a different look for the same result, though Cisco notes some specific desktop combinations where it still does not work.
Your account, meeting history and contacts are held by Webex, so signing in is all that is needed. If your workplace runs Webex, tell IT you are on Linux before your first important call rather than after.

No installed Linux app any more, but the browser version covers meetings and chat if your workplace uses Teams too.
