Different way of workingFreeUseful alongside Zoho rather than instead of it, giving you a local copy of your mail that works with the wifi off.

Verdict: Yes
Yes. Zoho offers its Mail Desktop Lite app for Linux as well as Windows and Mac, with .deb and .rpm downloads, and the ordinary web version works in any Linux browser.
Zoho Mail started as a website, so the simplest answer is that nothing changes. Open Firefox or Chrome on Linux, sign in, and your mail, folders and filters are all where you left them.
If you preferred the desktop app on Windows, Zoho publishes one for Linux too. The download page lists Mac, Windows and Linux, with the Linux version offered as a plain 64 bit download and as .deb and .rpm files, which are the installer formats Ubuntu and Mint use in the first case and Fedora in the second. Zoho calls it the Mail Desktop Lite client, which is a fair description. It is the web version in its own window rather than a heavier program.
Nothing needs exporting, because Zoho keeps your mail on its servers. If you also want a copy stored on your own machine, Zoho accounts work over IMAP, so Thunderbird or Evolution can download one.
If the account is a work one on a custom domain, check with whoever set it up before changing anything, since some Zoho business accounts have login restrictions that apply per device.
