Verdict: No
No. REALiX makes HWiNFO for Windows and DOS only. Mission Center covers the readings most people watched, but nothing on Linux matches HWiNFO for sheer depth of sensors.
HWiNFO describes itself as hardware analysis, monitoring and reporting for Windows and DOS. There is no Linux version and none has been announced.
Mission Center is the everyday replacement. It is laid out like the Windows Task Manager and shows processor load per core, clock speeds, memory, disk activity, network use and graphics card load and temperature, with a per-app list so you can see what is responsible.
Where HWiNFO pulls ahead is the sensor list. It reads dozens of voltages, currents, fan speeds and individual temperatures off the motherboard and logs them to a file for later. On Linux those readings come from a sensors system that does report them, but the graphical apps built on it show far fewer, and getting the full list generally means the terminal.
Nothing of yours lives in HWiNFO, so there is nothing to move. If you keep logs from it, copy them off before you wipe the Windows install, because you will not be able to make more.

For the drive health side. It reads the disk's own error and wear report, which is one of the things people opened HWiNFO for.
One stubborn program doesn't have to decide the whole question. You can keep Windows on the same PC and restart into it only when you need HWiNFO. Everything else you do can move.
