Yes. Postman publish a Linux version themselves, for both normal 64-bit machines and ARM ones, and your collections come across when you sign in.
Postman list Linux on the same download page as Windows and Mac. The build Postman recommend is the Snap package, because it brings the extra pieces the app needs rather than relying on what your system happens to have. There is also a plain download from their site.
Sign in and everything you had appears. Collections, environments, variables and request history all sync through your Postman account, so there is nothing to export and re-import.
The one thing to avoid is the copy in the Linux app store from Flathub. It works, but Postman say it is community made and not supported by them, so if something misbehaves you are on your own.
Your plan carries over too. Postman is a paid product with a free tier, and the tier you are on does not change because you changed computers.
